Lisa Doht has had a long standing passion and involvement in the culinary field. She received advanced cake decorating training at the Culinary Institute of America with Master Cake Decorator Betty Van Norstrand and graduated from the intensive Pastry Arts Program at New York Institute of Technology. Lisa's background has included working at Cheryl Kleinman Cakes, Bijoux Doux Cakes and Amy's Bread in New York City. Her professional affiliations include membership with Women Chefs and Restaurateurs and The Baker's Dozen East. Prior to entering the pastry industry, Lisa was a successful Human Resources professional in the financial services industry with extensive client management experience. She has coupled her culinary training and corporate background to provide customers with an exceptional confectionary experience!
